Common questions

How do I join my friends' group? Ask someone in the group for the invite code (Group → Invite), then tap Join a group in the app and enter it.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a 6-digit code.

Someone is behaving badly. Open their profile and tap Report, or ask a group admin to remove them. Reports reach us directly and are reviewed within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. See Delete your account.
