BuddySmash is provided free of charge, as is, to organise games among friends. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to Apple's / Google's standard terms for apps from their stores.
Be decent
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, illegal or that infringes others' rights, and don't impersonate anyone. Banter between friends is fine; bullying isn't.
Reporting and removal
You can report a person from their profile; reports reach us directly and are reviewed within 24 hours. We remove offending content and may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Group admins can remove members from their group.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You allow us to store it and show it to the members of your groups so the app works.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep BuddySmash running, but we can't promise it's always available or error-free, and we're not liable for missed games or court bookings. Court bookings themselves are made with the venue, not with us.
